1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Soul Farm Algarve, located at Casa Rochinha-Picão, Aljezur 8670-158, Portugal. By making a booking, guests agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival day. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

​

 

3. Cancellation Policy

​

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: total refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.

NOTE: if we are able to resell it, the amount we get goes to you.

​

Soul Farm Algarve reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be provided.

​

 

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

​

 

5. Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights. Exceptions may apply depending on availability and accommodation type — please get in touch to discuss details.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome at Soul Farm Algarve. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and must ensure they do not cause disturbance or damage to the property or other guests.

​

 

7. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, accommodation or facilities during their stay. Soul Farm Algarve reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs where applicable.

Soul Farm Algarve is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

8. House Rules

• Please respect the natural environment and other guests.

• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.

• Fires are only permitted in designated areas.

• Waste should be disposed of responsibly.

• Soul Farm Algarve is a nature-first space — please treat it with care.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
