re:connection is a women's retreat for those who want to give their inner rhythm more — more space, more trust, more depth. One week at the Soulfarm Arrifana: daily somatic yoga practice, breathwork, True-North coaching, cyclical nutrition workshops, and energy work. Hosted by Jana Meitzner (yoga teacher, somatic coach, 20+ years in leadership development), supported by Paola (energy work & naturopathy in training) and Olga Sadowski (plant-based chef, founder of Cardo Utopica), with soul photography by Teresa Wittmann. The female cycle is the compass of this week. All stages of that journey are welcome — whether you are deepening something you already know, or meeting it for the first time.
